Agrifoodboost Summer school on choice experiments- basic level was held in Zagreb from 18 to 20 July 2022.
The team members, Prof. Maurizio Canavari and dr. Vilma Xhakollari from University of Bologna in 3 days of intensive learning introduced the participants with the conceptual basis of choice experiments, some of the main topics covered by course were Scenarios for applying choice experiments, Choice behavioral models and Utility function, Lancaster’s theory and Random Utility Theory and Labeled and unlabeled choices).
Vilma Xhakollari explained to participants the design of the NGENE syntax and the procedure for entering data into the Qualtrics software. Participants worked in groups to create a choice experiment scenario.
