The Summer School was held at the Alma Mater Studiorum – Universita di Bologna from 6 to 10 June 2022. The objectives of this summer school were to learn and apply sensory methods related to studies on untrained subjects, with reference also to some economic aspects, and to create an experimental plan for evaluating preference and/or acceptance of certain foods. 4 Croatian team members participated in the summer school on sensory preference measurement.
