At the final conference of the AgriFoodBoost project, the need for better collaboration between scientists and farmers and food producers was emphasized. The experimental economy can help to increase the competitiveness of the domestic agri-food sector. It reveals not only consumers’ preferences, but also the way they make their purchasing decisions.
